A new artist studio, entry, study, office and garage were added to the existing house. The kitchen and portals were renovated to harmonize with the new addition as well as new landscaping and motor court. The studio has a 12' high custom wood ceiling, clearstory windows and built-in storage. There are hard troweled plaster walls, stained concrete floors and new lighting throughout the addition; the entire project has a custom stucco finish. In collaboration with Trey Jordan Architecture.
