Four floor condo renovation in the heart downtown of La Jolla. Original kitchen was demolished and redesigned with custom full overlay, walnut cabinets. Countertop is Thasos marble with undermount sink. New custom pivot doors were designed and installed off living room balcony; new corner, Thasos marble fireplace and walnut paneling were installed in the living room; new recessed lighting throughout. In collaboration with Trey Jordan Architecture.
