The original house built in 1978 had never been updated. The entire house was gutted, new garage, courtyards, portals, landscaping and entrance were added; all parapets were raised, doors and windows replaced; kitchen, bathrooms and all living spaces were renovated and a corner fireplace added to living room; a new casita was created attached to the main house. New lighting, hard troweled plaster walls and poured concrete floors were added throughout. In collaboration with Trey Jordan Architecture.
